SOS Technologies is a Multi-State Training Center for both the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI). SOS provides emergency Life Saving Training to hundreds of thousands of individuals, representing thousands of organizations, each year. The
Life Saving Training courses offered by SOS Technologies include Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training; Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training; and lecture-based as well as hands-on First Aid Training Courses for adults, children and infants.
SOS Technologies Life Saving Training staff is comprised of individuals from the medical and safety fields with years of hands-on experience in emergency care. Our staff shares their knowledge and experience with your employees within the training courses by way of letting the students know how the skills they are learning can be used in “real-life” situations. Videotapes are also used to exemplify the skills learned during the Life Saving Training courses as well.
All of SOS Technologies Life Saving Training courses are held at your facility at a time convenient for you and your employees. Evening and Saturday classes are available as well. SOS strives to make it easy for you to provide valuable Life Saving Training courses as a benefit to your employees, for use potentially within the workplace, and also in any situation where they may find themselves when not “on the job” as well.
In addition to our emergency Life Saving Training offerings, SOS Technologies also provides consultative services to our customers with regard to their safety and compliance issues. Whether your concerns lie in the area of employee safety, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Compliance, Process Safety Management, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Transportation (DOT) or other governing agency compliance, SOS Technologies can assist you with achieving your goals. SOS Technologies’ professionals are available to write site-specific OSHA Compliance plans, provide site-specific OSHA Compliance (or other agency) training, or provide you with a general OSHA Compliance awareness training program to inform your employees on the safety issues that may arise in your workplace.
SOS Technologies’ staff is comprised of a team of professionals with years of hands-on experience. Our instructors and consultants include fire fighters, safety and health engineers, environmental engineers, certified industrial hygienists, certified hazardous materials managers, certified asbestos building inspectors, registered safety officers and safety specialists.
As with the lifesaving programs mentioned above, all OSHA Compliance training provided by SOS Technologies is also designed to take place at your workplace, at a time convenient for you and your employees. Evening, Saturday, and “off-hours” classes are available regularly.
