- This three hour course trains up to ten employees to perform single-rescuer adult CPR as well as the Heimlich Maneuver. Other CPR courses offered include adult/infant, adult/child, infant/child and adult/infant/child. An American Heart Association certificate is awarded to all successful participants.

hour lecture course covers basic first aid procedures, including injury assessment and appropriate medical response during an emergency. A 3.5 hour hands-on version covers bandaging, splinting, burn and bleeding control and much more. Includes certificate of completion for all successful participants.
This four hour course trains up to ten employees in Adult CPR along with Heimlich Maneuver for choking (3 hours) as well as basic first aid procedures (1 hour). Suitable as a refresher course. a one-year certificate of completion is presented to all successful participants.
This six and a half hour, hands-on course includes equal portions of adult CPR with Heimlich Maneuver for choking and hands-on First Aid topics such as victim assessment, treatment of shock, poison emergencies, bleeding control, burns, bandaging and splinting, and much more. Can be split into two sessions. A certificate of completion for CPR and First Aid is awarded to all successful participants.
Meets OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030 requirements. Training covers definitions, personal protective equipment, emergency notification procedures, signs and labels, development of training records and use of the Exposure Control Plan. Successful Participants receive a 1-year certificate of completion.

3.5- 4 hour training course for up to eight participants includes instructions and certification on the Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) and adult CPR. Legal and ethical issues are also addressed. Successful participants receive an American Heart Association certificate of completion.
This 8-hour hands-on course includes adult CPR with Heimlich Maneuver for choking, hands-on First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens training and certification. Topics such as poison emergencies, bleeding control, bandaging, splinting, burns, treatment of shock and more are included. Bloodborne Pathogens touches upon bloodborne diseases and workplace transmission, personal protective equipment, universal precautions, your written Exposure Control Plan and much more. Can be split into two sessions. Successful participants receive a certificate of completion for completion for CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens.
